Our Privacy Policy: In Simplest Form

Any data that we collect and store will be held with the utmost respect for your privacy.

We will never sell your data and we will only share your data when you request us to share this information with one of our partners. Below is the list of partners for whom we have a data sharing relationship with:

For newsletter subscriptions, we use a combination of Squarespace and Mailchimp forms to collect this information and we use Mailchimp to store and manage this information.

Currently, we use Squarespace forms throughout the website to collect general information and Google Drive to store this information. These are some of the reasons for collecting this information:

  • Article contribution submissions ((experts corner, chronicles, their story)
  • Event listing submissions
  • Press release submissions
  • Company directory submissions
  • Newsletter subscriptions
  • Podcast/webcast notification requests
  • Contact us requests

Other places where you may submit data outside of ITSPmagazine but where the data may be accessible by ITSPmagazine:

  • BrightTALK: In order to watch webinars and videos on BrightTALK, you may have to create an account on their site and ITSPmagazine will have access to this data via our channel. Learn more about their User Agreement.
  • Wistia: This service keeps track of watch time and, if provided at the time the video is being watched, may capture the email address such that we can match the viewing statistics to the email for purposes of submitting (ISC)² details on your behalf.   • SoundCloud: We store and manage our podcasts on SoundCloud. If you sign up for an account on SoundCloud, the community at large, including ITSPmagazine, can see which tracks you listen to and like. Learn more about their Privacy Policy.
  • Vimeo: We may host some videos on Vimeo. If you sign up for an account on Vimeo, the community at large, including ITSPmagazine, can see which video you watch and like. Learn more about their Privacy Policy.

Requests to remove data collected directly by ITSPmagazine can be made through our Contact Us form. Requests to remove data collected by any of the services noted above should be made through those services directly.
